“A Rose by any other Name” a quiet day with Pádraig Ó Tuama

St Katharines is delighted to welcome Pádraig to lead this quiet day with us.
A special day at St Katharines extraordinary urban oasis, a chance to step aside from the City but not leave it.
The day includes welcome coffee and pastries, lunch and afternoon pot of tea and cake.

Pádraig brings interests in language, violence and religion to his work. He travels widely, lecturing and leading retreats, and he publishes both poetry and prose.
In 2011, with Paul Doran, Pádraig co-founded the storytelling event Tenx9 where nine people have up to ten minutes each to tell a true story from their lives. From 2014-2019, Pádraig led the Corrymeela Community, Ireland’s oldest peace and reconciliation organisation.

We are delighted to be able to offer a chance to stay over on the Friday through to the Quiet Day on the Saturday.
Please know that all our rooms are ensuite and while no is food included in the cost for the Friday evening you are most welcome to preorder one of our St Katharines platters.
This option includes :- B&B on Friday night in addition to the Quiet day on the Saturday.
Check in from 4pm on the Friday
Check out is by 11am on the Saturday.
