Resting in the Promise of the Future    with Ian Paul
Revelation 21 offers a startling picture of the new creation, in which evil is vanquished and all God’s promises come to their fulfilment. It is commonly read as a form of anticipation of the future—but in fact John writes it to offer challenge and comfort to his contemporaries to equip them to live courageously in the present.
During this day, Ian will explore the different elements of John’s vision report and reflecting on how they engage with the challenges that we face in contemporary life and ministry, drawing from the his commentary which is due out next April.
